Notes
A scarce military model made for export to the U.S. between 1954-59. With a distinctive, original gloss olive green finish with U.S. star on roof and front doors. Bright baseplate with large print with 170 on base ( a re-numbering and baseplate remained unchanged). FORD FORDOR cast to the underside of the roof. A mere dot to the roof emblem, one door satr complete , the other is incomplete. Paint finish is virtually pristine.
The correct plain yellow Dinky box is complete and vividly- coloured. Small edge crumple and a couple of end flap seam tears. Label residue at an end flap. Light storage (partial) puncture.
