This model is in very close to pristine condition – you can generally find a flaw if you look long enough!
This model has a very pale green finish, flat spun wheels, grey painted baseplate. Complete and bright “HOME SERVICES” label above the cab window and at rear. Perfect “HYGIENIC MOBILE SHOP” labels at one side, very nearly so on the other (two tiny creases which have pressed back into place). None of the usual rubbing and marking to the delicate pale green paint finish. One tiny dot to the raised roof detail. An exceptional example.
Grey base:
Delightfully-detailed grocer shop window scene with ‘Sugar Puffs’ and ‘New Laid Eggs’ especially high-lighted! Peeping through the rear windows, one can see the grocer behind his counter waiting for customers (very light ‘misting’ to the rear windows).
The second issue blue and yellow picture box is crisp and clean, with barely any age wear at all save for a little sunfading to one end flap. Dollar shop stamp ($1.50) at an end flap.
