Notes
Issued between 1946-47, this car has a distinctive dark olive green finish with a black chassis. Intact and complete radiator, headlight and bumper assembly. Distinctive ‘shield’ radiator. Black ridged hubs. Type 3 chassis. Pleasing lustre and smooth running tyres. Bright metal parts. Very attractive with a shining paint finish, showing that this model has had careful handling only:
Minimal marking, although do note that the radiator, headlight and bumper assembly has been re-silvered now.
At the time, this model would have been supplied to the shops in trade boxes of six.
