D070
Dinky 070 AEC Mercury Tanker 'Shell B.P.' Excellent plus/boxed. From a substantial collection in Northern Europe.
Notes
This is one of the small range of Dublo Dinky models manufactured between 1958-64, in a scale of 1:76 so that they would be ideally suited for a 00 model railway layout.
Typically one of the most difficult models from the Dublo range to find, this AEC Mercury Tanker is in excellent plus condition with a vibrant original red and green finish (no sunfading!) and near-complete detailed transfers on both sides (few small nicks).
There are a few little marks at some exposed edges/some raised details. This version has grey plastic knobbly wheels. Window glazing.
The red and yellow non-picture box is very fresh indeed with day-one bright colours on crisp card. Resistant end flaps. Storage crease.
