Another delightful early Dinky Gift Set from this collection, this Passenger Train Set is in complete and authentic condition throughout, and comprises:
1) 17A Locomotive, black and cream, excellent plus
2) 17B Tender, green, excellent plus
3) 20A & 20B Coaches, brown & green, excellent
Safely enclosed within the sturdy cream card compartments of the box lower. This Hornby Series lift-off lid card box has the blue ‘wallpaper’ covering with a colourful paper label depicting the set. It has survived very well indeed with minor wear only. Colour spot at lid end.
A charming set from the early Dinky period, this set is some 73 or so years old.
