This first type Foden has a violet blue cab and chassis, orange back and flash, paler blue ridged wheels.An all original, shining paint finish on this early truck, issued between 1948-52 only. Original shining silver detailing at the 1st type cab. Bright baseplate, axles and spare wheel fixing. Radial tyres are in fine condition, running well, spare stowed.
Shiny baseplate and metal parts generally including the axles!
Some play chipping at some exposed edges. Bend in the tailboard and the casting around one of the cab windows has a slight bulge (as-made).
The early blue, paper label box is complete with an intact paper label. No splits or repairs . No sunfading. Period penned price at one short lid end.
