Corgi Gift Set 11 ERF Dropside Lorry & Platform Trailer with Cement & Plank Loads. Very, very near mint/boxed. With correct still-sealed Accessory Pack 'C'. From a high quality collection in the U.S.
Notes
We are delighted to offer for sale this fine early Corgi Gift Set made between 1960-64, comprising:
1) Corgi 456 ERF 44G Dropside Lorry in lemon and metallic blue with flat spun wheels and cement load (Corgi 1488). Note the little factory paint miss on the underside. A couple of tiny marks if you really want to fault it – but this example is one of the best we have seen!
2) Corgi 101 Platform Trailer in matching colours with a swivelling cast drawbar. Flat spun wheels. In virtually mint condition, again – you have to really search for the odd tiny mark! Cream coloured detachable plank load (Corgi 1485).
Both items sit atop a card plinth. Crisp and vividly-coloured with a couple of grubby marks and two wheels slots have a little wear.
The outer card box is colourful with a crisp feel to the undamaged card. Minor age wear/grubbiness as well as a couple of light creases.
Pristine still-sealed Accessory Pack C too!
A popular Corgi Gift Set – and in this condition quite irresistable.
