Fd24V
French Dinky 24V Buick Roadmaster. Very near mint/boxed. 2nd type in BUTTER YELLOW & dark green from the French Dinky section of The Reference Collection.
Notes
Issued in various colour finishes between 1954-59 before its brief re-numbering to 538. 2nd type issue: model is finished in butter yellow with a deep green roof, silver trim, convex hubs, white tyres. Presents nicely with a pleasing lustre and bright, largely untarnished wheels:
Bright base & cross-hatching on the inside of the roof.
Barely a mark – and not even a trace of a roof rub.
The box is bright and complete, with a crisp feel. No tears or graffiti, but a little grubby (mostly on one box face).
