C211S
Corgi 211S Studebaker Golden Hawk. Early *Gold-Plated* issue. Very near mint/boxed. Superb crisp and fresh box! From The Berlin Collection.
Notes
A most eye-catching version of the Studebaker Golden Hawk with a bright shining gold-plated finish, white tail fins and suspension on flat spun wheels (early issue). Bright red interior.
This version has a distinctive gold-plated finish ? highly reflective and so difficult to capture in a picture!
Grey base and as-new fine tread tyres.
Light surface dots to the paint finish (as is nearly always the case with this particular colour finish), mostly on the driver’s side. Hard to fault otherwise.
The pictorial box is a superb example; very crisp, fresh and looking as-new. Little label at an end flap.
