C852
Corgi 852 Magic Roundabout Carousel. Very near mint/boxed. With all figures. Working musical mechanism. Superb item with upper and lower packing.
Notes
Issued between 1972-74, this delightful nostalgic piece inspired by the Magic Roundabout T.V. series is a must for your collection!
In very close to mint condition, complete with all 5 figures bright and colourful. Turn the dial which has Dylan atop, and the carousel turns with the instantly familiar Magic Roundabout theme tune playing! Vibrant colours and complete decorative paper labels. All labels are complete, intact and bright, although do note that one of the paper bands has a little creasing (the glue from this small area holding the paper band in place had probably dried out, now carefully glued back in to place, so no further creasing can occur). Very minor edge wear (in one small area) to this band besides.
Complete with packing card pieces, top and bottom (the character figures slot into the top card packing piece).
The attractive decorative card box has very vivid colours ? clean, fresh and bright.
Hard to find this good! Often the boxes for this item are in poor condition with heavy wear and end flaps missing- or simply sold with no box at all! This box has fared better than most, with barely any wear at all. Exceptional.
An unusual and eye-catching Corgi model with lots of nostalgic appeal.
