C253
Corgi 253 Mercedes Benz 220 SE Coupe. Very near mint/boxed. Metallic cerise. Complete with both suitcases. From a large, stunning diverse collection with many items in old shop stock condition.
Notes
Issued between 1964-68, this Mercedes model has a deep metallic cerise finish, gleaming silver trim, supple original tyres and sleek lines.
Intact emblem on the bonnet and a fine lustre. Bright shaped spun wheels with suspension, and lots of the attention to detail that made Corgi cars so popular. Two suitcases in the boot as well as a spare wheel (so often lost!).
Note a coupe of stray dots of factory silver on one side. Small roof rub. Little dot at a door handle detail.
The colourful, crisp fresh box is quite delightful – such vivid colours on crisp card. Tiniest wear only.
