Notes
This Land Rover model has a vibrant, original scarlet (orange-red) finish with an intact tin canopy and complete detailed transfers on both sides (minor grubbiness). Flat spun wheels early issue. In unused, original condition, this model was made between 1960-62.
A little pitting to the base. Well-shaped original tyres.
None of the usual rubbing of the ribbing on the cab roof or indeed anywhere else – obviously this model has been stored away and barely handled. Little factory assembly mark at the rear and a couple of very small marks besides.
The bright and clean picture box has a crisp feel. Minor age/handling wear and a small repaired tear at an end flap edge. Packing piece. No graffiti.
