C230
Corgi 230 Mercedes-Benz 220SE. Very near mint/boxed. Black version. Scarce. From The Berlin Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1962-67 in a few different finishes, this particular version in black is the most difficult version to find. Intact bonnet emblem and suspension on shaped spun wheels. Very similar to Corgi 253 – but unlike 253, note that this issue (correctly) has no quarterlight window.
A superb example with such an attractive glossy finish in very close to mint condition.
A few tiny dots away from absolutely mint.
The box is complete, bright and crisp . A little corner storage crumple and very minor wear besides.
