C221
Corgi 221 Chevrolet New York Taxi Cab. Very near mint/boxed. Flat spun wheels issue. With packing card. From a very fine private Cheshire collection.
Notes
Issued between 1960-63, this desirable Chevrolet model is in very close to perfect condition. A nice straight aerial and perfect transfers on both sides, ‘TAXI’ label on roof. Suspension is fine on all four flat spun wheels. Well-shaped, fine tread original tyres. Displays very well indeed.
Couple of minuscule rubs on the front bumper – hard to fault otherwise.
The box is crisp, complete and bright. A little age grubbiness/light handling wear. It comes with the card packing piece which protects the aerial when in the box. Period pencilled price at an end flap.
