D179
Dinky 179 Opel Commodore. Near mint plus/boxed (with original cellophane packing piece included). From a large, stunning diverse collection with many items in old shop stock condition.
Notes
From one of the largest, private collections we have ever seen, with many items bought new at the time and stored away until now. Taken as a whole, the collection provides an exciting, kaleidoscopic snapshot of popular diecast toys issued during the 1960?s -1970?s.
Issued between 1971-75, this Opel model with Speedwheels has an attractive metallic blue finish with a black (plastic) roof, detailed light blue interior. Opening doors and bonnet.
Obviously barely handled, this example comes complete with the original cellophane packing strip. Few minor marks to the model nevertheless. Little as-made paint ‘bubble’ on the bonnet.
Complete and really crisp picture box has minor handling/age wear.
