C404
Corgi 404 Bedford "Dormobile" Personnel Carrier. Very, very near mint/boxed. Metallic cerise version. From The Cheshire Collection.
Notes
First issue of this delightful Bedford van in metallic cerise finish, divided windscreen and flat spun hubs. In very close to mint condition, this Bedford Van displays very well.
This model has certainly spent most of its life in the box. Mere micro-mark or two visible to the most uncharitable eye. A little rough casting in places. Nice bright baseplate and wheels. Well-shaped, as-new original tyres.
The early powder-blue picture box is complete and strongly-coloured. A little age/handling wear. Period price at an end flap.
Not an easy model to find these days.
