Made between 1957-64, this model was made towards the end of the run with a rivetted back.
A most attractive truck which presents nicely, with glossy red and grey finish, straight posts with original chain, rounded chain post bosses and grooved metal ‘Supertoy’ wheels.
In all original condition.
Occasional little mark at some wheel arches and note that the cab roof has very minor sunfading now.
The Dinky Supertoys striped box with sloping (italicised) Supertoys print is clean (if a touch faded),although the blue base has day-one colour vibrancy and that includes the portion not covered by the lid. Barely any of the usual shelf rubbing on box base underside either. No splits or repairs. No graffiti. Rusting at staples.
