D193
Dinky 193 Rambler Cross Country Station Wagon. Bright yellow & white issue. Very near mint/boxed (wear). From 'The New European Collection'.
Notes
This attractive Dinky car was made between 1961-69, in many different colour finishes, although most for the South African market.
This British issue has a fresh all original bright yellow and white finish, shiny shaped spun wheels with suspension and plated fittings. Intact, detachable, delicate black plastic roof rack.
Mere dot or two visible to the gimlet-eyed.
Original white tyres with ‘M’ for Meccano stamped are a touch grubby now with a couple of very light flat spots. Red interior. Suspension and fingertip steering. Shiny base has a couple of light scratches. Collector’s label affixed.
The box has not fared so well. It is complete and bright, although quite heavily creased now. Couple of end flap repairs.
Minor age wear including a crease, edge crumple and penned writing on the top face and on the end flaps.
