Issued between 1957-62, this popular Corgi Major model is a difficult find with shaped spun wheels. In all original condition with a bright red cab, mid-blue transporter body (complete with hinged ramp), and a complete Corgi dog logo and number plate at the rear. Intact hinged ramp.
Generally, this particular version is found only in Corgi Gift Set 1b.
Near mint overall, but one of the cab wheel arches has a a notable area of surface loss due to contact with the transporter section. Several little marks mostly nearby.
Still makes a beautiful display piece with brightest metal parts, and as-new original tyres An excellent centre piece for a Corgi display , especially if four Corgi car were to be added!
