Notes
A desirable two-piece farming Gift Set from Corgi, made in 1961. Models are in all original condition. This set comprises:
1) Corgi 55 Fordson Power Major Tractor in mid-blue with a near-complete transfer on one side only. Intact chimney. Early version with pale orange metal wheels. All the rubber tyres are supple and run well.
Several little marks to the paint.
2) Corgi 56 Four Furrow Plough in red with yellow plastic blades. Hard to find a mark.
The inner card plinth is bright and complete. A little surface separation at both short ends but no tears at wheel slots.
Pictorial outer box is vividly-coloured and fresh-looking with all end flaps intact . Couple of minor small end flap tears. Period pencilled price.
