Corgi 348 Ford Mustang Stock Racing Car. Very near mint/boxed. GOLD CAST WHEELS. Sought-after model from The 'New European' Collection.
Notes
Issued 1968-69, with a pale blue finish and distinctive ‘Pop Art’ Flower Power labels. Detailed bright, original gold cast wheels with suspension, and racing number 20. As-new original black tyres with fine tread and ‘Corgi Toys’ embossed. The bright red and orange psychedelic labels are bright (little corner nick to the background of the transfer only, on the boot). Shiny chrome trim. Jewelled headlights, opening doors and a perfect Mustang radiator grille label. Pale green-blue interior (very minor discolouration in places).
Note the incomplete factory gold paint on two of the wheels.
Nice to see that the paint finish is not age -affected.
Very colourful, fresh and bright card box. Close to shop-fresh quality.
