D60K
Dinky 60K Percival Gull. Very near mint/boxed (Amy Mollison). An exceptional example of this scarce early Dinky model from 'The Heart of England' Collection.
Notes
It has been a long time since we have offered one of these charming early aircraft models for sale. Issued between 1936-41, this particular version has a fine original blue and silver finish, with a bare metal intact propellor and complete lettering in matching blue on the shiny tinplate wings. Fine original metal wheels turn well. Aircraft measures a mere 53mm from tip to tail.
Such a delightful early Dinky model, it is hard to resist it – such fine condition too!
The uncharitable eye will find the occasional negligible mark.
This is the ‘Amy Mollison’ version and comes in the lift-off lid, buff-coloured box. No tears or heavy wear. No repairs or graffiti.
One to treasure!
