Notes
From the popular range of Chipperfield circus models issued between 1964-70. Close to mint Bedford TK Truck with spun wheels. Vibrant and complete “CHIPPERFIELDS CIRCUS” labels on both sides and, of course – two giraffes (mother and baby, so correct).
A barely handled example that comes with both wing mirrors present(although nore the little reflective pieces are missing now).
Quite a late issue with those darker pigments on the giraffes.
Just a little mark at a wheel arch (which may clean off).
Often missing, this model still has the white card inner packing which protects the model in the box.
The pictorial box is bright and complete.Very crisp feel. Note the small partial thickness puncture at an end flap. Little handling wear besides including a crumple and a tiny tear. Couple of flecks of surface loss at a non-picture side.
