Corgi 1121 Chipperfield's Circus Crane Truck. Very near mint/boxed. Harder to find *Silver painted jib version*. With leaflet. From The New European Collection.
Notes
A very clean and fresh-looking circus crane truck issued during 1960-62, and part of the Major Pack range of Corgi models. A vibrant red lustrous paint finish with light blue “Chipperfields Circus” lettering on both sides, matching hubs and a pristine silver-painted tinplate jib (harder to find) and hook. In perfect working condition, this model has no signs of corrosion or dulling to the finish.
The raised blue lettering is strongly-coloured, looking fresh and vibrant.
Intact plastic tow hook. Bright and shiny cuff of the winding handle.
Few little marks mostly head-on.
The lift-off lid pictorial card box is clean, bright and complete with no splits or tears. A little of the usual wear/rubbing and note the small area of surface loss at one short lid end.
