C270
Corgi 270 James Bond Aston Martin DB5. Silver with bright red interior, slasher blades. Near mint plus/boxed. 3rd Box Type. From The New European Collection.
Notes
This version of the James Bond’s Aston Martin model was issued between 1973-76 and has all the features that has made this a firm Corgi favourite with many collectors:
ejector seat, revolving number plates, retractable machine guns, tyre slasher blades, telescopic over-riders – this car is literally loaded with features, all working of course!
The silver paint finish is very fresh as is the gold radiator grille, and bumpers . Curiously the metal rear bullet screen appears factory-unfinished. Bright red interior.
Detailed spoked wheels with slasher blades. Suspension is fine.
Note that number plates have been applied but note too that a complete (original) set is also included in the Secret Instruction Packet.
Usual little mark (small) at roof centre.
Instruction Packet has been carefully and has correct and complete contents.
The third issue window-box is complete, clean and brightly-coloured with intact original cellophane. Very minor age wear only.
