C1100
Corgi 1100 "Carrimore" Low Loader. Red & blue issue with SHAPED SPUN WHEELS. Near mint/boxed with packing insert. Scarce version from The Monty Calme Collection.
Notes
It has been a long time since we have offered this particular version for sale. This Carrimore Low Loader model has a bright red Bedford ‘S’ cab and deep metallic blue low loader, with a working winch. Shaped spun wheels. A few little marks to the paint finish (mostly at side top edges of the blue section). Corgi dog transfer at the rear has a piece missing.
Still presents well with a pleasing sheen to the original finish.
The pictorial lift-off lid box is bright and repair-free complete with the packing card piece in which the model is placed. Corgi Club Membership Form.
A very nice example of this Corgi Major model, produced between 1958-63.
