Notes
Issued between 1957-62, this popular Corgi Major model is a difficult find with shaped spun wheels. In all original condition with a bright red cab, mid-blue transporter body (complete with hinged ramp), and a complete Corgi dog logo and number plate at the rear. Intact hinged ramp.
Generally, this particular version is found only in Corgi Gift Set 1b.
Close to mint condition with the occasional little mark as you might expect (particularly where metal meets metal).
Still makes a beautiful display piece with brightest metal parts, and as-new original tyres.
Strongly-coloured lift-off lid box is clean and fresh-looking, complete with both card packing pieces and original Instruction Leaflet. Light storage/handling wear.
An excellent centre piece for a Corgi display, especially if four Corgi car were to be added!
