Corgi 480 Chevrolet Taxi Cab. Near mint plus/boxed. From a most knowledgeable and enthusiastic collector in South London.
Notes
Issued between 1965-66, this is a red and orange-yellow, with a shining silver trim (few tiny rubs). Complete labels including the ‘TAXI’ label on the roof. Original aerial.
Suspension on shaped spun wheels. Fine original tyres.
Few minor marks only to the paint finish. Note the stray clear plastic strand that has adhered to the inside of the windscreen (not a scratch!).
The bright card box has a small area of surface loss at an end flap where a label was removed at some time. Minor age wear besides including a couple of the tiniest end flap tears. Corgi Club Membership Form.
