It is such a delight to come upon these very early Dinky Delivery Vans and this one is in all original condition with superb gold lettering on both sides. All sound and intact with no parts broken or missing. These early vans made of lead composition do not suffer from the fatigue often found in the later second and third type vans.
This commercial Dinky was made for such a short time – between 1934-35 – so it is especially sought in this condition. All original throughout with an intense and rich deep yellow ochre pigment, complemented by complete glistening gold lettering on both sides and blue-washed wheels.

Light sprinkling of small marks – fewer than you might expect for what is essentially an unboxed item (sold only from Trade Boxes) and some eighty years old! Bright radiator surround, intact axles.
