Stored away for decades, this Gift Set is part of a startling old shop stock find. Many items have never been opened until now, with some outer boxes in a close to pristine state and others showing some signs of storage wear.

Issued between 1966-69, this sought-after, 2nd issue Gift set comprises:

1) 264 Oldsmobile Toronado in metallic blue, with retractable headlights, shiny chrome, detailed cast wheels, cream interior, chrome steering wheel. Supple, well-shaped original tyres. Very near mint with light roof rub visible under intense light.

2) 307 Jaguar ‘E’ Type in brilliant chrome finish. Spoked wheels, with suspension, Complete racing number 2 on the boot (tiny dot, probably as-made). With driver. Black interior. Intact windscreen. Fine original tyres.

3) 314 Ferrari Berlinetta, red, racing number ‘4’. Spoked wheels with suspension. Intact racing numbers and Ferrari logo. Well-shaped tyres. Shiny chrome details. Little chip on one side (factory).

4) 327 MGB GT, red, black opening suitcase. Light blue interior. Opening doors and hatch. Jewelled headlights, shiny chrome. Suspension on spoked wheels. Fine original tyres. Very near mint. Complete rear transfer. Very light roof rub.

5) 337 Chevrolet Stingray, yellow, racing number 13. Complete transfers throughout. Shiny chrome. Red interior. Detailed cast wheels, one has a little dulling. Suspension. Fine original tyres. Very near mint. Mark on the bonnet.

This set comes with the still-sealed bag of traffic cones, set of racing numbers, two hay bales and the Corgi Club Membership Form.
Polystyrene tray is, bright and clean. Minor small side indentation. Very fresh indeed.
Outer box has strong colours and intact, original cellophane. Some minor wear i.e. very small tear emanating from one large end flap and a small tear to the tuck-in part of one large end flap. Light corner crumple. The box reverse has a little fleck of surface loss and a few stain spots. Couple of light tears. Minor age/handling wear besides.
