Issued between 1960 -64, this attractive Bedford model has a shining two-tone yellow and orange paint finish. Bright baseplate and virtually complete-complete ‘Dinky Toys’ and ‘Meccano’ lettering Full complement of with three removable plastic pallets. Shiny winding handle, including the cuff.An attractive Dinky commercial model:
Barely a mark, although upon very close inspection a few subtle touch-ins may be detected.
The mechanism works well when the handle is turned, moving the sliding interior platforms so that goods (in this case pallets) may be loaded and unloaded more easily. Authentic Instruction leaflet included, with full instructions on how to operate the mechanism.
The striped SUPERTOYS outer box looks very clean and fresh with no splits. Colours are vibrant and that includes the deep blue base. Minor wear.
Shiny staples. Complete with card packing piece and Quality Control Tag.
