This is a fine military model from the Dinky factory issued between 1960-64. This model is in complete and original condition with a silky matt military green finish, complete with all delicate parts intact.

Barely a mark on this example, not even a rub where the jib rests on the cab roof. Complete with spare wheel. Bright baseplate although note some minor spots of tarnishing to some of the bare metal parts. If one searches long enough, one can probably find a minor mark or rub.
The box is bright, clean and complete with no splits or graffiti. Crisp card. The blue base in particular is virtually shop-fresh with no graffiti or rubs. Rusty staples.
Notably, this example comes complete with both upper and lower packing pieces, as well as the often missing Instruction Leaflet. Added bonus – this item even comes with the Dinky factory Quality Control Tag, too! No example more complete or authentic than this!
