Notes
An original and little-used example of this classic Dinky Supertoy made between 1949-54. This is the early issue, later it was renumbered 971. This model is in excellent condition with a light sprinkling of small chips .Original orange-yellow and matt black finish with driver, original grey ridged tyres (each has a light flat spot) and a metal winding handle cuff.
The blue lift-off lid box is bright and intact with no graffiti or heavy marks, lLight ‘foxing’ wear, commensurate with age. Occasional little edge scuff.
Inside all three sturdy card packing pieces are present, along with the little Dinky Instruction Slip. Not often found complete.
