We are thrilled to offer for sale one of the rarest Dinky models – and the first we have ever offered for sale! This German export VW model has the casting for Dinky 129 (i.e. opening bonnet, doors and engine cover, window glazing, jewelled headlights, spun wheels).
Complete ‘DEUTSCHE BUNDESPOST’ lettering and logo on both doors.
In all original condition, with barely a mark to the paint finish. As-made, the bonnet does not shut completely.
Firmly affixed to the plastic and card ‘Roadway’ base (pristine) and complete with the perspex lid (couple of light scratches).
