Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
A very close to mint example finished in metallic blue with original silver details, off-white interior, steering wheel. Original sliver details. Silver cast wheels and well-shaped black treaded tyres.
Complete with original red plastic suitcase.
Tiny casting mark or tow – otherwise hard to fault.
The colourful correct box (ATAMCO P LTD. Calcutta) is colourful, clean and crisp – with a few light edge rubs but no tears Small fleck of surface loss at an end flap and light wear.
