Notes
_An unsold batch of the most popular Corgi models ever, from The Monty Calme collection. This is an exciting find. _
6 James Bond Aston Martin models all in pristine condition and never removed from their boxes, contained within the original factory over-wrap (torn) with the original Retailer “REMINDER” Sheet.
Monty says:
‘If boxes had not been opened – then I left them like that. It was tempting, but I never opened them.’
A wise decision – since there is always an especial pleasure in finding a Corgi model in pristine condition, in a pristine, never opened box.
Note that these models come in the 2nd issue style boxes i.e. with shading on box.
The plastic factory over-wrap is complete but note the tears which have occurred over the past 48 years or so in storage.
A piece of Corgi history, a sound investment, and a nostalgic treat which is hard to resist!
