N194
Nicky/Dinky Toys 194 Bentley S Coupe. Metallic red version with red interior. Very near mint/boxed with packing ring. Scarce. From a hand-picked collection in The Netherlands.
Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
A very close to mint example finished in a rich metallic red shade with original silver details, red interior, driver, steering wheel, and intact screen. Silver and black plastic one-piece tyres/wheels.
In very close to mint condition with just a small dark smudge on the doors (suspect as -made).
The colourful correct box (ATAMCO P LTD. Calcutta) is complete, bright and clean. Looking a little worn at some edges now. Period penned price on the box underside.
