Notes
A desirable two-piece farming Gift Set from Corgi, made in 1961. This set comprises:
1) Corgi 55 Fordson Power Major Tractor in mid-blue with complete transfers on both sides and the chimney is intact too. Deep orange plastic wheels. All the original rubber tyres are supple and look like new.
Couple of bonnet chips and a little of the usual marking at the rear coupling points.
2) Corgi 56 Four Furrow Plough in red with yellow plastic blades. Occasional little mark at an exposed edge and a scuff.
The card plinth is bright and clean. No wheel slot tears!
Nice to see that this example includes the Instruction Leaflet (centre tear).
