D104
Dinky 104 Aston Martin DB3S. Blue finish. Very near mint/boxed. From The Reference Collection.
Notes
This touring model has a fine, light blue original paint finish with a deep blue interior, mid blue wheels, driver.
A lovely unrubbed paint finish and a pleasing contrast between the light blue body colour and the deeper intense blue seating.
Bright baseplate and the smooth well-shaped original tyres run well.
Little chip ( as usual!) on the driver’s head, otherwise hard to fault.
The pictorial box is complete and vividly-coloured, with the correct colour spot at the end flaps and no punctures. Minor age wear includes light grubbiness and a faint crease. Lightly pencilled period price at an end flap.
