Notes
Issued between 1966-69, this scarce and desirable Gift set comprises:
1) 310 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, silver, yellow interior, spoked wheels with suspension. Near mint ( occasional tiny paint finish mark, marking at bumpers, small surface crack to one tyre).
2) 312 Jaguar ‘E’ Type in brilliant chrome finish, black seating, spoked wheels with suspension. Near mint (virtually complete – complete transfers, chip onn one side, light rubbing in places).
3) 314 Ferrari Berlinetta, red, racing number ‘4’, spoked wheels with suspension. Very near mint.
4) 324 Marcos Volvo 1800 GT in creamy-white, green stripes, red interior, spoked wheels with suspension. Near mint ( few little marks and light edge wear to one of the applied door racing numbers).
5) 325 Ford Mustang Competition, white, red stripes, racing number 2, detailed cast wheels with suspension. Near mint plus. Applied racing numbers. Few very minor marks, light wear to front bumper finish only.
This set comes complete with the full complement of traffic cones in packet and the Corgi Club Membership Form.
Polystyrene tray is bright and clean. Virtually pristine in fact!
Outer box is generally clean and bright with intact original cellophane A little minor wear and one small tear to the card.
An extremely difficult set to find, rare to come to the market place.
