This version is a more difficult find.
Finished in pale metallic blue finish with raised ‘ECURIE ECOSSE’ lettering in red on both sides, detailed light brown interior. Shaped spun wheels and original black tyres run well.
A great item to display especially with a selection of Corgi racing cars from the same era – this transporter would hold three.
A little minor marking at and around the sliding side door as you might expect (metal moving against metal). Rather rough cast in places.
The lift-off lid box is bright, clean and complete. Some of the usual edge rubbing and a small seam split to the lid. Faint period pricing on the lid. Nice to see that this item is complete with the 3 packing pieces.
