C253
Corgi 253 Mercedes Benz 220 SE Coupe. Metallic blue, spun wheels. LEMON interior. Very near mint/boxed. With both suitcases & spare wheel. From The 25 Year Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1964-68, the car has an attractive deep metallic blue finish, sliver trim and sleek lines. Lemon interior (harder find), shaped spun wheels and fine original tyres (save for a light flat spot to one).
Intact emblem on the bonnet. Little and large (correct) tan suitcases stowed along with the spare wheel (so often one of more of these little accessories go astray).
Stray light flick of factory silver on the bonnet and dot or two at a door handle.
The box is clean and vibrant, with quite a crisp feel. Storage crumple at one end and a small thumb tear at an internal end flap seam. Period U.S. price label at an end flap.
