Corgi 422 Bedford 12cwt Van "Corgi Toys". Very near mint/boxed. From The Berkshire Collection.
Notes
Every Corgi collection should have one of these! A bright blue and yellow original paint finish with perfect Corgi transfers with the unmistakable dog logo on both sides. Flat spun wheels and a bright baseplate (few tiny rust spots). Fine original fine tyres.
Issued between 1960-62.
This Bedford Van has a pleasing lustre to the paint finish. Few mere flecks on the roof and a tiny wheel arch rub.
The picture box is crisp, complete, clean and bright. Minor age wear and a little ink smudge on the box underside. No graffiti. Tiniest of end flap tears.
