All of the models from The Smith Collection were bought by the same young boy on a weekly basis when they were released, and kept by the same collector unplayed with and in many cases never taken out of their boxes, right up until the present day. Rather unusual for a lad to buy toys and not play with them but he was a collector from a very young age!
It has been a while since we have offered this particular version for sale. A popular Corgi model, this Austin Seven Mini model has a vibrant scarlet red finish with a bright yellow detailed interior. This flat spun wheels issue with suspension, is a harder find. Silver trim. In all original condition, throughout with such an appealing lustre!
Supple, well-shaped treaded tyres.
Little chip at a headlight rim and the occasional small mark besides.
Clean and bright blue and yellow picture box. Storage crumple. Correct early Corgi Club Membership Form is included.
