Nicky 195
Nicky (Dinky) 195 Jaguar 3.4 MK II. Scarce issue. Sky blue. Very near mint/boxed. From The Berlin Collection.
Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
This Jaguar model is in all original condition with an attractive sky blue finish, fine silver trim, black gloss base with ‘Dinky Toys’ still visible. One-piece wheels and tyres.A small (probably factory assembly) mark low down on one side. Slight discolouration at the side, due to box contact we expect ( may be possible to clean off).
The card box is complete and bright, showing a little of the typical wear. Colours are vibrant. Small thin split.
A fascinating piece of Dinky history and well worth incorporating into your collection.
