Corgi 240 Ghia-Fiat Jolly. Near mint plus/boxed. Rarest version in METALLIC MID-BLUE. From a dedicated Corgi collector in The Home Counties.

Rare to come to the market place. Usual version has a non-metallic blue finish.
This example is finished in a metallic mid-blue with both seated figures inside, this delightful Corgi model was made between 1963-64.
Barely any of the usual chrome rubbing. Light marking to the paint finish on one side immediately below where the post plugs in to the car.
The card picture box is bright and complete. Crisp feel. ‘1963’ penned on the top surface. Tear at an end flap seam. Light wear besides.
