Corgi 221 Chevrolet New York Taxi Cab. Near mint/boxed, with card packing piece. Flat spun wheels issue. From a collection of childhood toys in Cheshire.
Notes
Issued between 1960-63, this Chevrolet model has a deep orange-yellow finish, bright red interior, flat spun wheels ( with Corgi period wheel stickers applied), original aerial. Perfect transfers on both sides, Taxi label on roof. Suspension is fine on all four flat spun wheels. Well-shaped original tyres.
A few little marks and a stray dot of factory silver on a front wing.
The box is complete and bright, with a little of the usual handling wear at edges. Penned number on one picture cace. Card packing piece is included.
