Notes
A sought-after Corgi car and one of the key items in the Corgi Gift Set 15 Silverstone Set. This example has a shining turquoise and white finish, lemon interior (note the little as-made tiny surface ‘craters’), notably complete crossed flags on the bonnet, suspension on shining shaped spun hubs, jewelled headlights, racing number 1_.
Issued between 1962-65.
Complete bonnet transfer and racing number 1 on both doors. Rivets are unusually painted grey.
The box is bright and complete. Light wear and a pencilled price.
