Dinky 281
Dinky 281 Luxury Coach. Scarce issue in cream with orange flash & cream wheels. Very near mint/boxed. Fine box with correct colour spot. From The Reference Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1954-59 in various colour finishes, this example is one of the harder to find versions in cream (not the darker fawn version) with deep orange side flashes, cream wheels.
Nice lustre.
Shiny base and well-shaped original smooth tyres.
Hard to find a mark but minute scrutiny will find a couple of small retouches.
The box is really fresh and clean, complete with the correct colour spot. Period pencilled price at an end flap. Tiny wear only.
