Notes
An exceptional rarity from this collection. With a pleasing lustre to the paint finish, this is a delightful early Corgi car made between 1956-59. Finished in deepest blue (the colour for the mechanical version), shining, with an all original, paint finish, bright flat spun hubs and fine original tyres. It is obvious that this model has barely been out of its box. Virtually mint condition.
Very shiny base and well-shaped original tyres look as-new.
Minor (probably as-made) mark.
The early blue picture box is complete, crisp and vividly-coloured. Small fleck of surface loss.
Lightest wear besides.
